Cancellation
We accept cancelation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct address.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
